Witnesses are sought following a reported assault in a Bluewater car park.
On Saturday 26 September 2026, at about 4.50pm it was reported that an altercation occurred between 2 people in the Wintergarden car park.
The victim was in his car attempting to park in a space when he was approached by another driver who is alleged to have punched him several times in the face through the open window. He is then reported to have produced what was described as a lock knife before attempting to assault the victim again.
The victim drove away before calling Kent Police. Officers attended and enquiries are ongoing to identify and locate the suspect who is thought to have left the scene in a black BMW.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have been in the car park at the time and may have information that could help with the investigation.
