Witnesses to an attempted robbery in Dover are being urged to come forward.
The incident is reported to have happened on Pencester Road, opposite an entrance to Pencester Gardens, shortly after 8pm on Saturday 7 October 2023.
A 17-year-old boy was outside a fried chicken restaurant when he was approached by four other males who were also believed to be in their mid to late teens.
They are reported to have acted in a threatening manner whilst asking if the victim had anything he could give to them. They left empty-handed when the victim demonstrated he had nothing.
A friend of the boy was also reported to have been chased by members of the same group.
Nobody was injured during the incident and no items were stolen.
