Officers investigating a distraction theft in Folkestone have issued an image of a third person they would like to speak to.
It was reported that a woman was approached twice by a group of men between midday and 1pm on Thursday 9 January 2025, once while in WH Smiths, and a second time while walking outside in Sandgate Road. However, when she got home a short time later, she noticed a quantity of cash was missing from her trolley.
Officers investigating the incident have now released images of three people they would like to identify, as they may have information which could assist enquiries.
