Detectives investigating a report that a pensioner was robbed in Longfield are now releasing two CCTV images.
The incident happened near Main Road between 8.45am and 9am on Monday 22 July 2024.
The victim, a man in his 70s, answered a knock at his door to find two men outside his home.
It is alleged the victim was then assaulted and the men searched his property before leaving with a watch and cash.
Detective Constable Dan Bister said: ‘The victim suffered scratches during the incident and, as part of our investigation, we have been reviewing CCTV in the area.
‘We are now able to issue images of two men who may be able to assist with our enquiries. Anyone who recognises them should call our appeal line.’
