A CCTV image has been released by officers investigating an assault in Canterbury.
At around 11pm on Sunday 14 July 2024, a man was found with serious facial injuries in Gravel Walk.
Police attended and the man was taken to hospital, from where he has since been discharged.
Further enquiries have established that a fight took place in the High Street, near the junction with Guildhall Street, between 10pm and 11pm that evening.
As part of the ongoing investigation, officers have released a CCTV image of two men who may be able to assist them.
PC Victoria Minter said: 'We appreciate the image is not of the best quality, but we hope it might jog someone's memory.
'As well as the two men pictured, we believe that two people, described as a man and woman in their 40s, may have witnessed the incident and have yet to come forward.'
Anyone with information, or who recognises the two men pictured, is urged to call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting reference 46/117218/24.
