CCTV images of two males have been issued by detectives investigating a reported robbery in Maidstone.
A vulnerable man in his 50s was targeted in the incident, which happened on Broadway near the crown court at around 4.35pm on Saturday 22 November 2025.
The victim is reported to have had his bag snatched before being pulled down the steps leading to the underpass, knocking him unconscious and breaking his glasses. He has since been discharged from hospital.
Detective Constable Alex Bagnall of Kent Police said:
‘We have been carrying out a review of available CCTV footage in the area and believe the males in the images may be able to assist our investigation. ‘Although one of them in particular cannot be clearly seen, we are hopeful somebody may still recognise them from their clothing or may have seen them together at the time.’
