Detectives investigating a sexual assault in Canterbury have released CCTV images of a man who may be able to assist enquiries.
A teenage girl was walking in the Station Road West area on the afternoon of 29 August 2024 when she was approached by a man who attempted to talk to her.
When she refused to engage with the man, he tried to kiss her and touched her inappropriately.
Officers have since been carrying out enquiries and a 26-year-old man from the city has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and bailed while the investigation continues.
Police are now releasing three images of a man who they wish to identify. He was wearing a distinctive hooded top, riding a white bike and carrying a green Deliveroo bag.
Anyone who recognises the man, or has any other information, is urged to call Kent Police on 01843 222289, quoting reference 46/146284/24.
