Officers are appealing for information following a collision involving a cyclist and a pedestrian in Rochester.
The incident happened in City Way, at around 7.20am on Thursday 6 July 2023.
A man in his 40s was riding an electric bike on the pavement towards St Williams Way and Chatham at the time of the collision.
The pedestrian, a man in his 90s, was treated for serious injuries and taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
PC Marija Medvedeva, of Medway CID, said: ‘We have been completing enquiries into the circumstances and are now urging witnesses who have not yet spoken to the police, and anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to contact us.’
