Dashcam footage and witnesses are sought to a collision in Tonbridge.
A black Mercedes C180 travelling towards Tonbridge on Quarry Hill Road collided with a pedestrian at around 8.53pm on Tuesday 9 September 2025.
Officers attended the scene where the pedestrian was taken to hospital for treatment for serious injuries. He has since been discharged.
The vehicle involved in the incident left the scene prior to officers’ arrival and an investigation commenced to identify and locate the driver.
A man in his 70s was later arrested in connection with the incident and has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Local residents with private CCTV or drivers with dashcam, who may have been in the area at the time of the incident, are also asked to check for footage.
