Investigators are appealing for dashcam footage following a serious collision on the A282 near Dartford.
The incident, involving a black Mercedes GLA and a black Honda CB600 motorcycle, happened at around 7.35pm on Sunday 20 July 2025.
Both vehicles were travelling from the direction of the Dartford River Crossing towards the A2 when they were involved in a collision at the slip road for Princes Road.
Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene and the motorcyclist was treated for serious injuries. He was taken to hospital for further medical attention and has since been discharged.
The driver of the Mercedes, a 32 year old man from London, was arrested on suspicion of failing to provide a sample for a breath test or drug test, and causing serious injury through dangerous driving.
He was later bailed to return to the police station, pending further investigation.
Officers are urging any motorists with dashcam who were in the area to check for relevant footage. Anyone with information should call 01474 366149, quoting reference 20-1280.
