Kent Police is appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a collision involving a car and a motorbike on the M2 near Gillingham.
The incident happened on the London-bound carriageway between Junctions 5 and 4, at around 8am on Friday 11 July 2025.
The motorcycle, a white Triumph, struck a barrier during the collision and the rider suffered a leg injury. He did not require hospital treatment.
The other vehicle, a black Range Rover Sport, stopped on the hard shoulder a short distance from the scene and then left before the arrival of patrols.
An investigation is underway and officers are urging anyone with relevant dashcam footage between 7.50am and 8.05am to contact the appeal line.
