Dashcam footage and witnesses are sought following a fatal collision in Herne Bay.
Kent Police was called to the High Street at about 10.09pm on Friday 9 January 2026 where it was reported a blue Mercedes collided with an orange Honda motorbike, both travelling in the same direction.
The rider of the motorbike, a 20 year old man from Canterbury was pronounced deceased at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or saw the vehicles beforehand to call the appeal line on 01622 798538 or email [email protected] quoting reference RS/VS/005/26.
