Witnesses are sought to a collision near Ashford, following the death of a man.
A black Nissan Qashqai car travelling along Sandyhurst Lane, had crossed the A20 towards Godinton Lane near Hothfield, when it was involved in a collision with a white Audi A3 travelling on the A20 towards Maidstone.
The collision took place at around 10.55am on Tuesday 18 February 2025.
The two occupants of the Qashqai were taken to hospital. The driver, an 84 year old man, subsequently died the following day. The driver of the Audi went to a local hospital with injuries not reported to be serious.
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is investigating and urges anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them.
