A CCTV image has been released by officers investigating a public order offence in Whitstable.
It was reported that a woman was walking with a child when they were confronted by an unknown man who was behaving in an aggressive manner and was verbally abusive. He then made an inappropriate gesture towards them before they were able to leave the area without further issue.
The offence is reported to have taken place at 8.20am on Wednesday 1 May 2024 in Cromwell Road between Regent Street and Railway Avenue.
Officers investigating the incident have issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to identify, as he may have information which could assist enquiries.
