Officers investigating several reports of indecent exposure and sexual assault in Folkestone are appealing for witnesses.
During the evening of Saturday 25 May 2024, it is reported that a man indecently exposed himself and assaulted several women by touching them over their clothes in bars in Tontine Street, Folkestone.
Officers attended the scene and located and arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with the incident. He remains in custody while enquiries continue.
Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Ally Franks said: ‘We believe there may be further victims that we would like to speak to, so I would urge anyone who may have witnessed this incident or believe they may have been assaulted to get in touch.’
