Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a suspect was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure in Gravesend.
The incident happened in Windmill Street between 12.50pm and 1.15pm on Friday 6 December 2024.
Patrols were called to the area after a woman walking near the civic centre reported a man had exposed himself.
A local resident, aged 49, was detained and taken into custody. He was later conditionally bailed pending further investigation.
It is understood there were several other people in the area and officers would like to hear from anybody who witnessed the incident.
