Witnesses are being urged to come forward following a fatal collision on the A20 Ashford Road in Harrietsham.
The incident happened prior to the junction with Holm Mill Lane at around 2.05am on Saturday 25 July 2026.
A man in his 20s died at the scene when the red Ford Focus he was travelling in overturned.
His next of kin has been informed.
A second man in his 20s who was also in the car suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. He was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving before being taken to hospital for treatment.
