Motorist seriously injured in Benenden collision

Dashcam footage and witnesses are sought after a motorist suffered serious injuries near Benenden.

The incident happened at 12.20pm on Tuesday 10 May 2022, when a silver Mini One collided with a tree in Golford Road.

The driver, a 19-year-old man, was taken to a London hospital where he remains in a serious condition.

Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen the vehicle prior to the incident.

Drivers with dashcam and residents with private CCTV are also asked to check for footage that may assist the investigation.
