Officers who recovered a high-performance bicycle from thieves in Tunbridge Wells are seeking help to identify its owner.
Proactive patrols confiscated the suspected stolen bike from a man aged 18 from Peckham and a 19 year old from Orpington, after they were seen walking in Vale Road at around 10pm on 21 February 2025.
The men were arrested at the scene on suspicion of theft and going equipped for theft, but have since been released on bail, pending further enquiries.
An image is now being made public and efforts are underway to reunite the bike with its rightful owner.
Anyone with information is urged to call the west Kent appeals line on 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/30596/25.
To claim the bike, proof of purchase, a serial number, and/or details of unique identifying features will be required.
