Officers investigating reported assaults and harassment of a woman in Swanley have issued an image of a man they wish to speak to.
The victim, who is in her 60s, told Kent Police that whilst walking in Russett Way on Tuesday 7 June 2022, a man she did not know approached her on a bicycle and hit her on the arm before laughing and riding away.
He is also alleged to have hit her on the back in a separate incident in Walnut Way on Wednesday 16 March 2022, having previously made threats against her.
Officers believe the man in the photo may be able to assist them with their enquiries and urge anyone who recognises him to call the appeal line on 01622 604100 quoting reference 46/109979/22. You can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or complete the online form at this link.
