Four people have now been arrested as part of an investigation into a disturbance at a pub near Maidstone which left several victims suffering injuries including stab wounds.
Officers are renewing an appeal for witnesses to come forward following the incident at the Hop Pole Inn near Nettlestead, on Sunday 13 October 2024.
Detective Constable Alex Bagnall said:
‘There were around 60 people in the pub who would have witnessed this large-scale disturbance, between 12.30am and 1.20am. The violence has led to some appalling knife wounds, and it is only by chance there were no fatal consequences.
'We are continuing to urge anyone with information to come forward and would remind witnesses that this can be done anonymously, by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 or by completing a form on their website.’
You can also call Kent Police on 01622 604100 quoting reference 46/173496/24.
The suspects - three men aged 36, 40 and 42, and a 17-year-old boy - are currently bailed pending further enquires.
