Witnesses and dashcam footage are sought by officers investigating a serious collision in Westerham.
The incident happened in the High Street at approximately 10.10am on Thursday 26 February 2026.
A white OneMX electric motorcycle was being ridden north from Edenbridge and continued into Westerham, where it struck a building near the junction with New Street.
The bike had earlier been followed by a police car prior to it entering the High Street, where the officers discovered the collision had occurred.
The rider, a 19-year-old man, suffered serious injuries and was taken to a London hospital where his condition is described as stable. A mandatory referral was made to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
Witnesses, anyone who saw the electric motorbike prior to the incident, or anybody who may have relevant dashcam footage, should contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
