Detectives are continuing to seek witnesses to an assault in Paddock Wood which left a man suffering injuries including a broken jaw.
A suspect has been arrested in connection with the investigation, but officers remain keen to speak to anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious.
The incident happened on Maidstone Road near to the town’s fire station, at around 11pm on Monday 25 November 2024.
It is alleged the victim was struck with a beer bottle and he was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.

Nathan Murphy, 25, of no fixed address, was arrested on Wednesday 27 November.
He was charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and appeared before Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on the following day.
Mr Murphy is currently remanded in custody, pending a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on Thursday 2 January 2025.
