Officers are appealing for witnesses after two men were assaulted in Canterbury.
Kent Police was called to a bus stop in Sturry Road at about 8.40pm on Thursday 18 January 2024 after it was reported the men had been punched and kicked after getting off a bus.
They received minor injuries that did not need hospital treatment.
Officers attended and arrested two men at the scene, a 27-year-old from Herne Bay and a 23-year-old from Canterbury on suspicion of assault. They have since been released on bail.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing and officers would like to speak to any witnesses who have not yet come forward.
