Witness appeal after pedestrian injured in Margate collision

Witnesses are sought following a collision in Margate town centre.
It was reported that a silver Mitsubishi car was involved in a collision with a pedestrian in Hawley Street, near the junction with New Street.
The collision was reported to have taken place at around 6.35pm on Friday 14 February 2025.
A man sustained serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

Officers are investigating the collision and are appealing for anyone who witnessed it to come forward.
They would also like to speak to anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage taken in the area.
