Officers investigating a report of a person carrying out an indecent act in Chatham are now able to release a computer-generated image of a man they would like to speak to.
The incident happened in Roosevelt Avenue at about 6am on Wednesday 22 October 2025 when a woman reported she had seen a man carry out an indecent act in the road.
The suspect is described as being white with a darker complexion, about 5ft 8in, in his mid-thirties and of a stocky build. He was wearing a black hat with grey fur and dark coloured clothing.
Investigators have been completing a number of enquiries including the examination of CCTV in the area. The victim has now been able to assist officers with producing a computer-generated image of the man.
