Fatal collision in Rochester

Witnesses are sought to a fatal collision in Rochester.

At around 11.45pm on Saturday 29 October 2022, a blue BMW 1 Series was travelling along City Way near to Pattens Lane when it collided with a grey Skoda Fabia.

Officers attended the scene, along with South East Coast Ambulance Service, where passengers from the Skoda Fabia, two men in their 50s, were pronounced deceased. The driver of the vehicle and another passenger suffered injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment.

Kent Police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is carrying out enquiries to establish more around the circumstances of the collision and officers have arrested two men and one woman in connection with the incident. They have all been released on police bail pending further investigation.
