Investigators are urging witnesses to come forward following the theft of a large bronze statue from an art gallery in Deal.
The theft is reported to have taken place just after midnight on Thursday 5 June 2025.
The statue, which depicts an owl, was taken from the Taylor- Jones & Son art gallery in Deal High Street and is estimated to be worth several thousands of pounds.
Anyone with information regarding the theft should call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/94356/25. Anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area, or who has private CCTV or doorbell footage which might assist, is also urged to come forward.
