Witnesses are sought after a man was assaulted in an unprovoked attack in Maidstone.
The incident happened in the High Street, at around 2.30am on Sunday 6 October 2024.
The victim was near the town hall when he was approached by a person he did not know who is reported to have punched him to the side of his head. This caused him to briefly fall unconscious.
The offender is believed to have fled in the direction of Gabriel’s Hill and King Street and with another man.
The suspect is described as white, aged in his early 20s, with brown swept back hair. He was wearing a grey bodywarmer style jacket.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses to the incident and would also like to hear from anyone, in particular taxi drivers, who may have dash cam footage from the night.
