Officers are seeking information to help locate Ahmed Nidal Dabbour, 21, who went missing on Thursday 22 December 2022.
Ahmed, from Colchester, Essex, was due to fly to Jordan but he never arrived.
Following initial enquiries, officers believe Ahmed was last in the Dover area and there are growing concerns for his welfare.
He is of a medium build and has a Middle Eastern appearance, with short black hair, brown eyes, and a beard or stubble.
It is believed that Ahmed was wearing a khaki jacket, blue jeans, and black trainers with white soles at the time of his disappearance.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police as soon as possible by calling 999 and quoting 10-0802.
