New CCTV images released in search for missing Margate girl

New CCTV images have been released by officers as the search for a teenage girl reported missing from Margate continues.

Ruby Morris was last seen in the town at around 2.30pm on Saturday 27 June 2026.

The 15 year old is described as white and around 5ft tall with long, dark brown hair and green eyes. She has both sides of her nose pierced.

CCTV images have now become available which show Ruby in a city centre coffee shop in Nottingham at around 3.30pm on Sunday 5 July.

Ruby may be wearing a long sleeved black jacket with a black top, black leggings and black sliders, carrying a black rucksack.

Detective Superintendent Keith Taylor from Kent Police said: ‘We continue to carry out extensive enquiries to find Ruby and we have now obtained CCTV images that show she was in the centre of Nottingham on Sunday.‘Ruby is known to use the rail network and we believe she has been travelling with someone known to her. We know she has previously travelled with a woman described as white, around 5ft 8in tall and of very slim build, with short auburn hair that is cropped very short at the sides.‘We remain steadfast in our attempts to find Ruby and are following up on reports of potential sightings, searching areas to where she is known to travel, reviewing CCTV, analysing mobile phone data and speaking with her friends and associates.‘We continue to appeal to the public for any information that may assist us in bringing her home.’
