Following a pursuit, the car came to a stop in Smiths Lane, Crockham Hill.
A later search also led to the seizure of a knuckle duster.
An 18 year old man from Bishop’s Stortford in Hertfordshire was arrested in connection to the incident.
He has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
