Officers investigating the death of a woman in Dover have made an arrest.
Kent Police was called to a report of concern for a person at a property in Folkestone Road at 4.30pm on Monday 29 June 2026.
Officers attended along with paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance Service and a woman in her 20s was confirmed deceased. Her next of kin has been informed.
Initial enquiries were completed at the scene. Later that day, a 24 year old man from Folkestone was arrested in connection with the incident.
He has since been bailed with conditions while enquiries continue.
An investigation is ongoing.
