Three arrests have been made following the death of a man in Leysdown-on-Sea on the Isle of Sheppey.
Kent Police was called to the Warden Bay Road area shortly after 7pm on Sunday 10 August 2025. It was reported that an altercation broke out involving a small group of people and a man was assaulted, sustaining serious injuries.
Officers attended along with paramedics and a man in his 40s was confirmed deceased. His next of kin has been informed.
A short while later, a 16 year old girl and two boys, aged 14 and 15, were arrested on suspicion of murder. They remain in custody pending further enquiries.
Detectives are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information that may assist the investigation, including CCTV or dashcam footage, is urged to contact the Major Crime Unit via the Major Incident Public Portal. Alternatively, contact Kent Police on 01622 652006 quoting 10-1384.
