Arrests made after serious assault in Maidstone

Two suspects have been arrested following a serious assault in Maidstone.

Kent Police was called at 5.20pm on Wednesday 22 July 2026 to Brenchley Gardens.

Emergency services attended and a man was taken to a London hospital by paramedics for injuries consistent with stab wounds. He has since been discharged.

Arrests

On 23 July, a 29 year old was arrested in connection with the incident and taken into custody. He has been bailed pending further enquiries.

A second man, 22, was arrested the following day and was also taken into custody.
