Assault charges have been authorised against a man from Sittingbourne.
Rhys Seager has been charged with two counts of assaulting an emergency worker, criminal damage, driving without insurance and failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
The charges were authorised following his arrest in High Halstow, Rochester, on 17 October 2020 after officers received a report of a gate to farmland being damaged.
The 27-year-old of Church Road, Sittingbourne, has additionally been charged with actual bodily harm relating to an incident in Sheerness on 4 October.
He appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court by video link on 19 October and has been remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on 16 November.
