Suspected class A drugs, cash and phones have been seized following proactive work by officers in Folkestone.
Officers from the town's Community Policing Team were carrying out a patrol on Tuesday 14 June 2022 when they stopped a vehicle in the area of Canterbury Road.
The driver and vehicle were subsequently searched and a quantity of suspected cocaine and cash were located and seized.
This led to officers carrying out a search of a nearby property, where a further amount of suspected cocaine, around £40,000 in cash, phones and other drug dealing equipment were seized as part of the ongoing investigation.
A 31-year-old man from the Folkestone area was arrested on suspicion of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply and has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
