A CCTV image has been released by officers investigating an assault in Sheerness.
Kent Police was called at 7.30pm on Saturday 13 June 2026 to reports of a fight on St George’s Avenue involving three people.
It was alleged a man was attacked with a knife, and he was later taken to a local hospital for treatment to injuries that are not reported to be life changing or threatening. He has since been discharged.
A 28 year old man of no fixed address was arrested at the scene and was later released on bail pending further enquiries.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing, and officers are now in a position to release an image of a man who may be able to assist their enquiries.
