Patrols responding to suspicious behaviour in Gillingham have promptly arrested a woman and seized a tub of cocaine.
At around midday on Monday 3 March 2025, officers attended a hotel in Will Adams Way to search a guest room for suspected controlled drugs.
As they entered the location the constables encountered a woman who was immediately detained.
They also seized a quantity of cocaine in a container plus separate deal bags, along with a mobile phone.
Stevie Patterson, 37, of Hazlemere Drive, Gillingham was later charged with possessing class A drugs with intent to supply.
She was remanded in custody to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 4 March.
