Following a short pursuit, the three occupants left the vehicle on foot and were arrested a short time later.

Both teenagers are remanded to appear before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 17 October. They were conditionally bailed to a hearing at Medway Youth Court on Thursday 22 October.
A 17-year-old girl was also arrested at the scene and has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
