Containers full of cocaine and heroin were found hidden in the speakers of a car officers searched in Tunbridge Wells.
Drug dealer Ramesses Yebiemen has now been sentenced to 2 years and 4 months' imprisonment.
On Monday 16 February 2026, officers from the Neighbourhood Task Force were patrolling the Oak Road area when they noticed the driver of a car, Yebiemen, acting suspiciously.
They followed the vehicle which was then parked on Rymers Close and the 29 year old was detained.
During a search, he handed over 57 wraps of Class A drugs which he had hidden in his underwear.
His vehicle was also checked and officers found that the speakers were easy to remove. Inside were three containers filled with drugs, as well as cash and scales.
Yebiemen of Higher Road in Haringey, London was arrested and later charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, possession of criminal property (namely the cash) and driving without insurance.
He was sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court on Tuesday 9 June 2026.
Sergeant Ed Kavanagh said:
'Officers from our Neighbourhood Task Force are always quick to spot suspicious behaviour and will take prompt action to tackle those who come to their attention.
'In this case, they could tell Yebiemen was up to no good from the manner of his driving. He was stopped and despite his efforts to hide his stash, multiple deals of heroin and cocaine were recovered.
‘He is now starting a prison sentence and I would warn any other dealers who are considering travelling to Kent to think again. You are likely to share the same fate as this criminal.’
