Drugs have been seized and a suspected dealer arrested following proactive work by officers in Canterbury.
Patrols became aware of a suspicious car in the Northgate area at around 5pm on Monday 27 October 2025.
Officers signalled for the vehicle to stop. The occupant was detained. A search led to the recovery of a large quantity of cannabis, along with cash.
Further searches resulted in wraps of a substance, believed to be cocaine, being seized, and a mobile phone.
A 27 year old woman from Ashford was arrested and taken into custody, where she remains while enquiries continue.
