Suspected class A drugs have been seized and three men arrested following proactive work by officers in Gravesend.
Patrols in the Homemead Close area spotted a suspicious car shortly after 6am on Thursday 19 June 2025. The vehicle was followed and later stopped.
Occupants of the car were detained. Searches led to the recovery of several wraps, two mobile phones, cannabis, deal bags and a quantity of cash.
Two men, a 21 year old from Greenhithe and a 29 year old from Maidstone, were arrested in connection with supplying class A drugs. Both have been bailed while enquiries continue.
In an unrelated incident, patrols became aware of a car that aroused their suspicion in the Rochester Road area, shortly after 11pm that night.
The vehicle stopped on Old Road East and a search was carried out. Three mobile phones and cash were seized. Further searches resulted in wraps being recovered, believed to contain cocaine and crystal meth.
The driver, a 28 year old man from the local area, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and was later bailed pending further enquiries.
