Drugs including suspected heroin and crack cocaine have been seized after two men were arrested near to Ashford town centre.
Police were in the Jemmet Road area on Monday 7 October 2024 when they became aware of a man behaving suspiciously, who was seen to get into a car with a second man.
Officers observed the men and both were detained after a search led to the recovery of suspected class A drugs and multiple mobile phones.
Initial enquiries carried out by officers led to a further search, of a nearby property, from which a large quantity of wraps were seized and drying cannabis plants.
The men were arrested on suspicion of possession of a class A drug with intent to supply and were later bailed pending further enquiries.
