Witnesses are sought following a fatal collision on the M20 near Lenham.
The incident happened as a white MAN lorry, a black Nissan Qashqai and a white Scania articulated lorry were travelling on the London-bound carriageway of the motorway, between junctions 9 and 8.
The vehicles were involved in a collision at 8.27am on Tuesday 25 November 2025.
Emergency services attended the scene and the driver of the Nissan, a man in his 30s, was confirmed to be deceased at the scene. His next of kin has been informed.
The driver of the MAN lorry was taken by air ambulance to a London hospital for treatment to serious injuries.
Officers from Kent Police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit are carrying out enquiries and urge anyone who witnessed the incident, or saw the vehicles before the collision, to contact them.
