A former teacher has been charged following allegations of non-recent sexual abuse at a school near Tunbridge Wells.
The offences are reported to have happened between 1979 and 1985, and concern alleged victims who were pupils at Holmewood House Prep School in Langton Green.
In May 2024, Neil Scott, of Bucklers Lane, St Austell, Cornwall, was charged with four counts of indecent assault and five counts of gross indecency with a child.
On Tuesday 11 June, the 75-year-old appeared before Maidstone Magistrates’ Court where he pleaded not guilty to all counts.
He was bailed to a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on 9 July.
