Mark Budd, of Lower Higham Road, Gravesend, has since been charged with two counts of stalking. The 53-year-old appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday 15 September 2023 and has been remanded in custody pending a further hearing at the same court on Thursday 21 September.
