Three suspects have been charged following the discovery of a cannabis cultivation of almost 80 plants at a flat in Maidstone.
At around 4.55am on Tuesday 10 September 2024, officers attended a residential address in Chatham Road, where cannabis plants were found in locations including a loft.
Two men and a woman were arrested and taken into custody.
Kastriot Hoxha, 61, Luiza Hoxha, 54, and Amarildo Hoxha, 26, all of Chatham Road, Maidstone, were later charged with cultivating cannabis.
They appeared before Thanet Magistrates’ Court on 11 September and after pleading not guilty were remanded in custody.
Their next hearing will be at Maidstone Crown Court on 7 October.
