A man has been arrested after shop windows in Folkestone town centre were damaged.
Kent Police was called at around 1.20am on Tuesday 1 October 2024 to reports that a man was behaving suspiciously and that windows of businesses in Guildhall Street were broken. It was reported that a man was seen with a metal pole.
Officers attended and shortly afterwards a man was arrested nearby on suspicion of criminal damage. He has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
