Police are seeking witnesses after a suspect was charged in connection with allegations of sexual assaults against two teenage girls in Tunbridge Wells.
It is reported that on Sunday 9 March 2025, a child sitting on a bench in Grosvenor and Hilbert Park was approached by a stranger and then assaulted.
Officers were called at 12.17pm and patrols from the Tunbridge Wells Community Safety Unit swiftly attended and arrested the man at the scene.
Pyza Slawomir, 53, of no fixed address, was later charged with two counts of sexual assault.
These include offences against another victim, who on 22 October 2024 was allegedly approached and assaulted in High Brooms Road, Southborough.
The defendant is currently remanded in custody to appear before Maidstone Crown Court on 7 April.
